Hello...
I'm Polly and my sisters is Mabel. We are starting this blog to tell you about our adventures. The reason our blog is called "The Pointer Sisters from Oz" is because we are two Pointers. Yes, actually dogs of the Pointer breed. In America we are also known as English Pointers, but in England I am pretty sure we are just referred to as Pointers. We now live in Michigan but we came from other parts of the country. A Pointer rescue called "Pointers from Oz" brought us to Michigan. From there we found our "furever" home. Mabel and I are not biologically related but we are definitely sisters and would be lost without each other. In the coming days, we will try to piece together our lives for you and hopefully you will become devoted fans of our blog.

- Polly--I am a model and spokesdog for the English Pointer breed. Mabel--I am a little more shy and reserved. I prefer to stay out of the bright lights of stardom like my sister, Polly, but ride along on her coat tails.

Polly and Maabel, I am so glad you finally have a blog. Your Mom thought she was the only one in the house with blogging skills! I look forward to your stories about how you came to live with the best "Mom" in the world, and your new adventures with her, and each other!
